The sleeve label machine comes from France. Long rolls of flattened plastic label sleeves are continuously fed into the machine. It opens up each sleeve, slips it down onto the container and then shrinks it in place. Special sensors can detect if a container is missing its label or has an incorrect label. These containers are discarded.
