CUPS
corn cut from the cob
1/3 CUP
butter, melted
3 EGGS
beaten
1 1/2 CU PS
McArthur whole milk
1/2 CUP
evaporated milk
1 TO 3 TEASPOONS
sugar (to taste)
SALT (TO TASTE)
Preheat
oven to 325 degrees.
Place
corn in a medium-size casserole dish. Stir in melted
butter. In a separate bowl, beat eggs until light. Add
McArthur whole milk, sugar and salt. When well blended,
pour over corn. Then pour 1/2 cup evaporated milk over
the entire mixture.
Bake
in a 325 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes until set.
Serve
hot.
